Governor Greg Abbott announced Monday, March 16, that STAAR testing requirements have been waived for the 2019-2020 school year.

Makeup sessions of paper STAAR/EOC assessments for Grade 4, Grade 7, English I and English II as well as online STAAR tests for Grade 4 and Grade 7 will be administered for all previously absent students.
